Big Benefits seen for Exporters and Importers
Turkey established the first Exporters Union since 1937. Its primary goal is to increase business and regulate activities, smoothing operations for exporters and importers. It will also find solutions to problems in foreign markets. Under the name of Central Anatolian Exporters Union, (OAIB)
In 2008, Turkey is located at 7th with 715 million US$ of export in the milling industry in the world. 2005-2006 and 2007 it took the first place in wheat flour export also. As of year 2008 Turkey takes 8th in the world in pasta export and 6th in olive oil.
In 2008, Turkey took 5th place in Thailand’s wheat flour import, 18th in bakery products, 34th in confectionery, and 34th in chocolate.
On 28 Jan, 2010 a special Turkish Trade Mission comprised of OAIB members will visit Thailand for the first time. Its objective will be to meet potential importers of Turkish agricultural products and inform importers of the advantageous new policies established by the Exporters Union. The Trade Mission is an excellent opportunity to meet with these highly respected manufacturers and secure top quality product at the best possible prices. Turkey has earned a distinguished reputation as being a source of many of the finest agricultural products in the world. And the country’s reputation is beyond reproach.
สมาคมผู้ส่งออกตุรกีได้รวมตัวจัดตั้ง Central Anatolian Exporter’s Union หรือ OAIB ตั้งแต่ปี 1937 โดยมีเป้าหมายในการรวมกลุ่มเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพผู้ส่งออก ดูแลและควบคุมกิจกรรมทางธุรกิจ ให้กับสมาชิกกลุ่มผู้ส่งออกตุรกี
ตุรกีถือว่าเป็นผู้ผลิตสินค้าทางการเกษตรที่มีคุณภาพดีแห่งหนึ่งของโลกและยังเป็นผู้ส่งออกสินค้าส่วนประกอบอาหารที่ได้รับการยอมรับจากนานาประเทศทั่วโลก ทั้งในด้านมาตรฐานสินค้าและราคาที่เหมาะสม ดังนั้นการเข้ามาจัดกิจกรรมการจับคู่ทางธุรกิจในประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งแรกนี้ถือได้ว่าเป็นการสร้างประโยชน์ทางธุรกิจให้กับผู้ประกอบการไทยในการผลิตสินค้าเพื่อการส่งออก จากการนำวัตถุดิบที่มีคุณภาพในระดับสากลมาใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต กล่าวได้ว่ากิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้สร้างประโยชน์กับทั้งสองฝ่าย
และงานนี้ยังได้รับเกียรติจากเอกอัคราชทูตตุรกีประจำประเทศไทย ตัวแทนจาก OAIB และสภาหอการค้าไทย เข้าร่วมงาน และ เสวนาทางธุรกิจอีกด้วย
